Nelson Permanent Placements are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to start on-site with our client who are a leading Construction and Social Housing Services Contractor in Yorkshire.

Our client is looking for a Site Manager who will be supporting the northern region with the social housing refurbishment contract.

Site Manager Requirements:

• Minimum level 4 qualification (NVQ4 or HNC) or equivalent experience

• SMSTS Cert

• Scaffold Inspection & Asbestos Awareness

• CSCS Card

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Construction or Refurbishment Site Management experience

• Experience working in the social housing sector.
