Site Manager

Hascol Petroleum Limited is looking for a Site Manager for its Retail COCO Sites located at M2 Bhera South & Sialkot Cantt.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of HPL COCO sites operation as per SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSSE guidelines, and regulatory requirements across the site.
• Manage and reconcile site cash, stock levels, and daily reports; ensure timely and accurate submission of documentation.
• Daily reporting of sales.
• Management of daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Maintain equipment, site standards, and cleanliness to meet operational and brand requirements.
• Lead, train and supervise site staff to ensure performance, discipline, and delivery of excellent customer service.
• Support in audits, inspections and compliance.
