• Overall in charge of site coordination.
• Lead a team of operation staff in daily operations.
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction activities of the project.
• Monitor and control the general workers' deployment on-site.
• Maintain site access throughout the construction period.
• Control and monitor work progress and resources.
• Monitor and control material wastage.
• In-depth understanding of project specifications, technical details, and construction drawings.
• Carry out work scheduling, material requisition planning, project coordination,
and documentation.
• Ensure timely completion and good quality of works.
• Monitor Project's cost by taking proactive measures to prevent cost overruns.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.
