Site Manager

We are looking for a Site Manager who has at least 8 years of experience managing Deep Soil Mixing sites. This role will be required to:

• Provide guidance and support to project manager on execution of the daily production plans and activities (e.g., rig movement, and people allocation and material arrangement) at project site.
• Bring to attention and get approval from project manager for changes in required resources (e.g., OT, additional manpower or additional equipment).
• Audit and highlight QA/QC non-conformance to Site Engineer.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition (e.g., planned periodic maintenance i.e., daily, monthly etc., boom down inspections, taking effective steps to respond to breakdowns etc.).
• Support project manager on working platform safety at the project site.
• Develop direct reports through engagement, coaching and performance feedback (Product-related knowledge to supervisor and operator).
