I'm currently looking for a site manager / sub agent / works manager to join a reputable contractor in the Chepstow area on a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of site activities and operatives
• Supervising direct labour and subcontractors
• Ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and programmes
• Produce and manage site-specific RAMS and ensure compliance on site
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site
• Preparing and updating short-term programmes and work plans
• Monitoring progress and reporting to senior management
• Coordinating materials, plant, and deliveries
• Carrying out site inspections and quality checks
