Site Manager - Western Cape

JOB SUMMARY

To manage and be responsible for the commercial site that are assigned relating to staff, equipment, client liaison, financial and operational performance. Ensure effective control and management of the site.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational management

• Ensure that the service level agreement of the client is implemented and maintained.
• Assume overall responsibility for the site including night shift.
• The appointed Night Shift Supervisor will report to the Site Manager
• The Site Manager will determine all activities of the Night-Shift Supervisor
• Be responsible to arrange for the appointed Zero Waste Officer (that will also be employed at the site/s), to mutually function as “relievers” for each other and to cover the days off that will occur in a seven-day week cycle.
