Accountable over all plant activities to support the delivery of the site mission in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and manufacturing quality systems such as ISO9001, 14001, and 45001.

Drive delivery over the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), including volume, cost, and margin objectives.

Ownership of site operating cost – lead manufacturing cost absorption variance reviews and operating margin improvement efforts.

Provide direct and extended leadership over operations functions including Production, Warehouse and Shipping, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, EHS, and Facilities.

Responsible for scaling production capacity to support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
