Site Monitoring Engineer

The Site Monitoring Engineer is mainly responsible for the weekly tracking and monitoring of progress and accomplishments on Land Development, Housing, Takeout, and Move-in, including other related works vital to the operations in achieving company goals and objectives.

• Creates templates to monitor the progress and accomplishments of Land Development, Housing, and Takeout/Move-in.
• Monitor monthly water consumption of all facilities, requirements for the new programs, plantilla of manpower (Actual vs Approved), and equipment status;
• Assist in the scheduling of housing layout (MO/POD) based on EOE requirements.
• Assist in drafting and sending memos to all concerned groups.
• Prepare and submit weekly monitoring to aid the SPE in determining the status of the projects ingeneral.
• Conduct site inspection and internal quality audit inspection to aid the site engineers in ensuring the quality of all deliverables.
