**Key Responsibilities**



**1.Establishing and driving the RSH MSE roadmap with different pillars deployment in** **plant** **, with** **.**



**Lead to form up MSE team with qualified pillar leader and pillar members.**



**Establish MSE deployment strategy with clear milestones.**



**Shape MSE culture in plant.**



**Build up MSE capability in all levels including front line associates.**



**2.Leading process performance improvement in all plant area and building continuously improvement culture**



**Identify and develop CI tools/capability with clear deployment strategy**



**Determine plant level CI projects and identify resource to implement**



**Drive each functions to initiate CI projects and tracking the results**
