Site Nurse

Job Description

• Record keeping and report all medical incidents/accidents at the project site
• Provide stabilization, resuscitation and or other life support as well as first aide measure for injuries and illness
• Prepare and submit necessary report to DOLE such as AEDR, AMR and other monitoring reports
• Performs related duties as required

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate of BS in Nursing
• Must be a registered nurse with a valid PRC license
• With at least 3 years experience as Nurse in a construction company
• With BOSH, COSH and OHNAP Certificate
• Proficient in emergency response, basic life support, wound care, and patient assessment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with workers, management, and external health providers.
• Proficiency with incident reporting tools
