Site Operations Assistant

Job Purpose

The AkzoNobel Site Coordinator role aims to provide graduates with a structured development pathway within a leading global manufacturing organization. The position offers comprehensive on‑the‑job training and exposure to multiple operational and support functions, enabling well‑rounded professional growth. A Site IMS Coordinator ensures the site operates in full compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards by coordinating audits, maintaining documentation, driving corrective actions, supporting risk management, and promoting continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities

1. Manage and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS). Ensure the site complies with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).
