This opportunity will suit a commercially driven Site Operations Manager, Senior Retail Manager, or Hospitality Manager with experience in hotels, catering, or food and beverage environments. If you have successfully led large teams of 100+ across multiple departments and thrive in fast-paced, operationally complex settings, this role offers real scope to make your mark.
With a salary of €60,000-€70,000 DOE, this is a senior leadership position where you will take full ownership of day-to-day operations while shaping a high-performing, accountable, and energetic culture.
