Overview of the job

The Site Physician plays a crucial role in crafting the strategic direction of occupational health services at the P&G Cabuyao Plant. This position focuses on implementing health initiatives, using data analytics for informed decision-making, and driving process improvements to establish a compliant and balanced health system. The Site Physician will collaborate with various collaborators to prioritize health and safety as the organization advances towards perfection, digitization, and simplification.

Your team

The Site Physician will report directly to the Country Medical Leader based in Manila, Philippines. He/ She will lead all aspects of the Cabuyao Plant Health Services Unit, which includes one Occupational Health Nurse and four contractor nurses who run 24/7 operations.
