Assist in translating the production plan into a mid‑long term Material Requirements Plan, ensuring material availability based on forecasts.
Maintain MRP parameters, consolidate cross‑category needs, and address MRP exceptions aligned with the production plan.
Collaborate with suppliers to support Rough Cut Capacity Planning for material requirements, balancing cost and supply needs.
Assist in material inventory analysis, reviewing policies, tracking slow‑movers, and managing obsoletes.
Maintain manufacturing parameters to support material planning efficiency.
Identify and escalates material sourcing risks or opportunities to relevant internal or external stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance material planning processes and performance.
