Site Project Engineer: Coordination, Compliance & Scheduling

Responsibilities

• Handle site preparation and coordination, including the preparation and submission of relevant project documents.
• Liaise with and manage multiple stakeholders such as clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives and requirements are achieved.
• Communicate effectively across all levels to facilitate smooth collaboration and issue resolution.
• Develop detailed work schedules, and plan manpower and resources to support project timelines.
• Interpret engineering drawings and perform basic engineering design and calculations.
• Oversee the implementation of safety management systems on site.
• Monitor and provide updates on project progress through regular reporting.
• Apply knowledge of Singapore standards and Codes of Practice to ensure compliance.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
