Site Project Lead

**_About the Job_**


+ Immediate mid term (3years) project linked with technology transfer or new production introduction to the site - act as the NPI lead/PM and is the key interface between site functions, Sending Unit and Technology Transfer Leader, and responsible for site operational readiness for process startup
+ Develops with partners the objectives/scopes and strategy of the project


+ Accountable for Project planning including Timelines, costs, scope and risks


+ Leads and monitors with an End-to-End Mindset the execution of one or multiple projects


+ Manages project controls: review of project deliverables / expenditures, reporting, follow ups, management of project changes and risks


+ Conducts project communications and management of site and global stakeholders
