Site / Project Manager (Design & Build)

We are representing our client, a specialist in Interior Fit-Out, with a focus on Commercial Office Design. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Site/Project Manager to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with Business Development personnel in all projects during the proposal stage that include site feasibilities studies, technical input as and when required
• Client interaction and presentation, preparing project costing for submission, as well as vetting through Tender /RFP documents during the proposal stage, in particularly relating to all technical requirements
• Work closely with Commercial & Procurement manager on relating to costing during proposal stage to ensure all projects and technical requirements
• Ensuring that specifications offered to clients is within the scope of the Company and that client's requirements are adequately conveyed to other departments, sections and project teams are met
