**Job Description Summary**

The Site Quality Leader for Cheltenham owns the end-to-end Quality strategy and performance for the site, delivering measurable improvement across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) with an uncompromising focus on safety.



The role sets a clear Quality vision and multi-year roadmap, strengthens the Quality Management System, and leads culture change to prevent defects at source, reduce escapes, and enable reliable delivery at lowest total cost.



The leader partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Programs, and Services from New Product Introduction through production and in-service support, ensuring regulatory and customer compliance, product conformance, effective audits and certifications, robust standard work and process controls, and elevated supplier quality performance.
