About the Role
Location: 1 Avenue Commercial Center Serviced Apartments, Kota Marudu
We are looking for a Site Quantity Surveyor to join our team and manage all cost-related aspects of construction projects on-site. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed within budget, while supporting project planning, procurement, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:-
1. Prepare, review, and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flows.
2. Measure and value construction work for interim payments and final accounts.
3. Prepare tender documentation, bills of quantities, and procurement schedules.
4. Monitor project costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report variances.
5. Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and project teams on cost and contractual matters.
6. Conduct site visits to verify progress, quality, and quantities.
