Position: Site Reliability Analyst
Work Set-Up: Hybrid (2x per week onsite)
Office Location: Makati, Philippines
Schedule: Flexible with US overlaps
Roles and Responsibilities:
Participating in 24x7x365 shift coverage in support of Client's most critical IT assets and services by coordinating major IT incidents, ensuring the right people are engaged to address the problem.
Facilitating IT root cause analysis (RCA) investigations to identify root causes, assign action items, and ensure timely adherence to the RCA process by participants.
Maintaining existing training and process documentation materials for IT reliability tools and processes.
Reviewing incident, change, and reliability data for trends and provide summary of findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Maintaining regular contact with key technical teams that support organization's most critical IT assets.
