Site Reliability Engineer Analyst

The successful candidate shall be part of the Sustainability & Climate – Site Reliability Engineering Team. Our team provides tier 2/3 support to the S&C apps. This position involves collaboration with the client-facing teams such as Client Services, Product and Research teams, and Infrastructure/Technology and Application Development teams to perform environment and application maintenance and support.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 product technical support.
• Build software to help operations and support activities.
• Manage system/software configurations and troubleshoot environment issues.
• Identify opportunities for optimizing system performance through changes in configuration or suggestions for development.
• Plan, document, and deploy software applications on our Unix/Linux/Azure and GCP-based systems.
