About the position:

We are seeking a T-shaped dynamic Lead Site Reliability Engineer to lead and provide end-to-end solution support for our digital platforms and help us achieve higher returns and lower carbon goals.

Key responsibilities:

Drive reliability and systemic improvements across the subsurface tool set to support a more secure, reliable, scalable and performant environment for Chevron.

Key Responsibilities (day-to-day tasks, learning and development opportunities)

+ Learn Chevron’s SRE framework, facilitate SRE technical assessments, identify gaps, and provide recommendations to product teams on SRE maturity journey plans.
+ Lead SRE implementation efforts in reducing technical debt, align strategic and tactical delivery to accelerate SRE adoption in digital platforms.
