Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, skilled Site Reliability Engineer to work remotely for a revolutionary tax management company with HQ in Kerry. You will analyse user requirements, write code, and collaborate with developers, reporting to the CTO.

Responsibilities:

  • Automate manual tasks

  • Define operational requirements and review new features/systems

  • Improve system reliability through better monitoring and alerting

  • Enhance system scalability

    • Requirements:

  • Strong customer focus and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail

  • Previous tax-related environment experience is a plus
