Site Reliability Engineering Manager

The SRE Manager is responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and operational excellence of UNO Digital Bank's production platforms and critical applications. He shall maintain highly available, secure, and resilient systems across a regulated digital banking environment.
The role requires a hands‑on technical leader with strong operational discipline, deep understanding of distributed systems, and proven experience managing production support for mission‑critical banking platforms.
Key Responsibilities
A. Platform Reliability & Incident Management
Oversee system reliability, availability, and performance across all digital banking channels and backend systems.
Establish, maintain, and govern SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets across services.
