Site Safety Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Implement and monitor the Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (EOHS) Management System in compliance with company policies and DOLE regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits; identify hazards and coordinate corrective actions with project management.
• Orient and train site engineers and workers on safety policies, procedures, toolbox meetings, and emergency preparedness plans.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures including drills and safety improvements.
• Monitor availability and compliance of safety tools and equipment, ensuring adherence to approved industry standards.
• Prepare required safety reports, coordinate with regulatory agencies and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with KTMS.PH Integrated Management System procedures.
