Spring Power Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Site Safety Supervisor to join our team in Bintulu, Sarawak. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety and environmental compliance of our construction site operations. This is a crucial role that contributes directly to the overall success and safety of our projects.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate health, safety and environmental risks
2. Implementing and monitoring adherence to safety policies, procedures and work instructions
3. Providing training and guidance to site personnel on safe work practices
4. Investigating and documenting incidents, accidents and near-misses, and implementing corrective actions
