Site Safety Supervisor

About the role

Adept Construction & Engineering Sdn Bhd, a leading construction and engineering firm, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Safety Supervisor to join our team based in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan or Jasin, Melaka. In this fulltime position, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance on our construction sites.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential health, safety and environmental risks
• Implementing and enforcing safety protocols, procedures and work practices to protect the wellbeing of all site personnel
• Providing training and guidance to site workers on safe work methods and the use of personal protective equipment
