Job Summary

The Site Safety Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy working environment at the project site. This role involves implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations, and promoting a strong safety culture among workers, contractors, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Enforce company safety policies, procedures, and applicable local health & safety regulations.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented for unsafe conditions or practices.
• Deliver site safety inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training to workers and subcontractors.
• Monitor high-risk activities such as working at height, lifting operations, hot works, and confined space entry.
• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all site personnel.
