Site Safety Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in implementing and maintaining Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) practices across all company operations.
2. Promote a safety work culture at the workplace, including conducting toolbox briefings and safety awareness activities.
3. Conduct regular site inspections to identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts, and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
4. Monitor and supervise subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and applicable safety regulations.
5. Liaise with clients, contractors, and Supervisors and other workplace safety requirements.
6. To prepare, collect, and maintain site safety documentation including permits and daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports for management review.
7. Support incident investigations, recommend preventive and corrective measures.
8. Perform any other duties assigned by the superior or management from time to time.
