The Plant SAL is responsible for Layer 0 to 3 and for Layer 0 to 2 automation systems, maintaining a high level of security against cyber threats. This covers existing and new systems as part of capital projects. This includes regular activities to migrate systems. Supports NIST deployments and new line or equipment within a plant. Also supports the IOT and relevant Industry 4.0 implementation on a plant level.

This role supports the plant's automation and control needs, delivering best-in-class systems in line synchronisation, logic system integration, PLC programming, HMIs, SQLs, VF and servo drives, networking systems, process innovation, energy monitoring, loss minimisation, and ensuring quality logic.
