Job Summary:

• The Site Steward & Liaison Officer serves as a central point of contact for administrative and operational support within the project , crucial for the smooth daily functioning of project facilities, especially the boat park.
• Rental Collections and Financial Administration: Responsible for the timely collection of Boat park rental payments from tenants , strictly adhering to the established billing cycle and accepted payment methods
• Boat Park Management and Verification: Maintain Official Boat Park List: Responsible for accurately maintaining a current official list of all boat park tenants , including their assigned boat park slots, specific boat details , and current rental /occupancy status
