Site Superintendent

On behalf of our client, a well‑established industrial contractor in the Lower Mainland, MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking an experienced site superintendent. Our client has recently launched a new Heavy Civil / Heavy Industrial division to support a growing portfolio of infrastructure and industrial projects across British Columbia.

This division focuses on self‑performed and subcontracted heavy civil scopes for industrial clients, marine terminals, and partnered infrastructure work. Projects typically range from $1M–$10M and involve hands‑on field leadership rather than large, layered site teams.

This role is ideal for a superintendent who has progressed through mid‑size contractors and is comfortable owning the site, making decisions, and being accountable for safety, schedule, quality, and cost.

Some travel within BC is required depending on project location.
