Job Overview

Reporting to the Production Manager, as the Site Superintendent you will direct and oversee on-site construction activities. You also ensure construction follows established design, quality, budget and schedule.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include

• Communicating with trade partners and suppliers to schedule the delivery/installation of materials and labor. Inspecting work to ensure it meets Qualico’s standards and all building and safety code requirements.
