Site Superintendent

Our client, 3rd Generation Homes, has an immediate need for a Site Superintendent to join their team. 3rd Generation Homes is a family run residential construction company located in Kelowna, British Columbia that specializes in custom home building and renovations and is starting to work on multi-family projects as well. As a company who takes extraordinary pride in the quality of their work and building strong relationships with their clients, they have won several awards including silver in Best of Kelowna in 2021.

The successful applicant will be responsible for scheduling subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects and ensures that subcontractors are fully executing and complying with their contracted scope of work.
