Overview

The Site Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring homes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the company’s quality standards. This role involves managing construction planning, subcontractor activities, and material logistics while maintaining a protected, organized, and productive job site. The Site Superintendent enforces safety compliance, conducts inspections, and ensures all work meets project specifications and local building codes. As the in office leader, they address challenges proactively to deliver high-quality homes and maintain customer satisfaction.
