Site Superintendent

Site Superintendent to manage and optimise the execution of building and steel structure works. This role is suited for candidates with strong hands-on site supervision experience in steel structure erection, tower crane coordination, site logistics, and building construction.

• Oversee site execution for steel structure and building works, including site establishment and logistics planning

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day site operations to meet quality, safety, and programme objectives

• Coordinate crane erection, dismantling, and daily lifting operations, ensuring safe and efficient interface with structural works

• Translate construction programmes and method statements into operational execution plans, monitor progress, and adapt to site conditions
