Site Supervisor

About the opportunity:

As the Site Supervisor, you will oversee all site activities, ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, manage material movement, and maintain smooth operational flow. You’ll work closely with drivers, visitors, and internal teams to keep the site productive and well‑presented.

• Shift Details: Day Shift (8 hrs) Monday to Friday

What you’ll do:

• Oversee daily operations at our recycling facility
• Manage transfer of materials and the coordination of bulk haul‑outs to other sites
• Operate and monitor weighbridge systems
• Ensure accurate recording of incoming and outgoing materials
• Coordinate traffic management and ensure safe movement around site
• Maintain high standards of site presentation and housekeeping
• Support safe and efficient material handling
