Job Summary
The Supervisor oversees the operation and maintenance (both preventive and corrective) of WSS and WWTP plant. This role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with the regulations, maintain equipment and responding to emergencies. The supervisor also plays a key part in planning, budgeting and reporting on plant operations.
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities
Managing Operation
Monitor plant processes, troubleshooting issues and coordinating maintenance and repairs
Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance, and compliance data.
Maintenance
Planning the schedule of maintenance activities
Ensure that each task is in place and completed on the target time
Ensure all equipment are functioning correctly and safely.
