Site Supervisor FIFO

Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the Road Maintenance works, repair, and construction of haul roads and access roads across the mining site. This role ensures road networks are safe, compliant, and maintained to operational standards to support efficient mining activities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of operators (graders, water carts, loaders, etc.).
• Supervise daily road maintenance activities across site haul roads and access roads.
• Coordinate grading, watering, dust suppression, drainage works, and road repairs.
• Monitor road conditions and identify hazards or defects requiring immediate attention.
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards, procedures, and mining regulations.
• Plan and allocate resources, equipment, and manpower effectively.
