CINTA ENGINEERING SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor/Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Penang. As a key member of our Construction project management division, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and successful delivery of our construction projects.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor/Site Engineer in the construction industry, ideally within the project management domain
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials and quality control processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle challenges on-site
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications and contract documents
