What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervise daily site activities and interior fit-out works
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors (carpentry, partitions, ceiling, M&E, finishes, etc.)
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, shop drawings, and specifications
• Monitor site progress and report updates to the Project Manager
• Ensure quality of workmanship meets company and client standards
• Conduct site inspections, snag checks, and rectification works
• Enforce site safety practices and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper storage on site
• Attend site meetings and assist during inspections and handovers
