Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities :

• Monitor day-to-day construction activities on site
• Ensure smooth running of the project and meet the deadlines
• Must be able to understand RC, civil infrastructure, building structure, electrical and architect plans.
• Solve site issues, report immediately to Project Manager / Directors for decision
• Supervise contractor's workmanship and safety issue
• Liase with consultants, contractors, authority, surveyor and relevant parties and also conduct site meetings with contractors
• Prepare daily / weekly reports

Requirements :

• ​​Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Years of experience in Property Development / Construction / Real Estate industry.
