Job Description

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking to hire a Site Supervisor on behalf of our client based in Johannesburg.
Client & Team Management 

• Lead, supervise, and motivate Temporary Associates on-site. Participate in training and upskilling initiatives to ensure Associates meet client expectations.
  
• Monitor daily operations and ensure Associates comply with client rules, regulations, and Health & Safety requirements.
