We are looking for a passionate Site Supervisor to join our team at Haily Construction Sdn. Bhd., responsible for overseeing defect works for both residential and non-residential building projects.
Working Location: Johor Bahru
Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (Six Working Days)
Job Description:
Conduct regular defect inspections for completed and handed-over units.
Record, track, and update defect lists using defect management systems or manual records.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely rectification of defects according to agreed timelines.
Verify that all rectification works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
Monitor site activities during defect rectification to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare defect rectification reports and progress updates for management.
