Site Supervisor

About the role

INTIGA SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations at our site in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a full-time Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe execution of all construction activities, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards
• Monitor and report on progress, identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise
• Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections and toolbox talks
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
