The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Kumpulan Hamodal Sdn Bhd as a Site Supervisor. In this full-time role based in Selangor and also in other states as and when required, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency are upheld.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including monitoring work progress, managing subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
2. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as needed
3. Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to address concerns, communicate progress, and ensure seamless project delivery
