About the role

As a Sinior Site Supervisor at WL Jaya Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of construction projects. Responsible for managing on-site operations, you will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This full-time position is based in Selangor.

What you'll be doing

1. Overseeing day-to-day site activities and coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
2. Monitoring construction progress and quality, identifying and resolving issues promptly
3. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
4. Preparing detailed reports, documentation, and progress updates
5. Collaborating with the design team to provide technical support and resolve design-related problems
