About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Mega City Builder Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a full-time Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards and within specified timelines.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and other on-site personnel
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and oversee the implementation of safety protocols
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays
