(Not the clipboard type. The get-things-done type.)
Do you get annoyed when things are not aligned? Can you read drawings, shout level lah and still deal professionally with consultants? Good — we want you.
Your Mission (if you choose to accept):
Take the drawings and make them real — exactly, not lebih kurang.
Lead site workers & subcontractors so the job moves, not stuck.
Spot problems before they become delays.
Coordinate with ID, M&E, QS, client reps… and keep everyone sane.
Keep the site safe, clean and inspection-ready anytime.
You're a good fit if:
You've handled interior / hotel / fit-out sites before.
You can read drawings & tell when something is off.
You solve problems, not push blame.
You lead people — not just give orders.
