Site Supervisor

Job Purpose
To supervise, coordinate, and manage all site activities related to installation, servicing, and maintenance works, ensuring timely completion, quality workmanship and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate installation, servicing and maintenance works on site.
Lead and manage technicians, subcontractors and daily work activities.
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.
Monitor site progress, prepare reports and resolve technical/ site issues.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers and clients to ensure timely completion.
Requirements
Qualification and Experience:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of HVAC site supervision or installation experience.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (chiller, AHU, FCU, ducting, etc.)
